           How a HGTV channel show improved my Clients retirement income!

 "I stumbled upon this when I was looking to invest our Family`s money for myself and looking for better alternatives for my clients. Then comes staging, the big reveal and then the good part they sell the home for a BIG profit in just months...or add it to their portfolio and just rent it out and a collect a healthy profit, by dozens homes a month. He continued to share that private Real Estate Companies all make a lot money for people in the know. That`s why banks, hedge funds and even Buffet partner with Private Real Estate Companies. Then he added: Imagine if somebody called you from HGTV? What if they offered a contractual rate starting at 6% for 24 months for partnering with them.

What if you could choose your Rate, your Term and your Income method? What if they offered you a Single Family home as collateral to protect your principle? Would you partner with them? What if they have 6 sources of income...and the Single Family home they assign you as collateral is not contingent on being rented, or sold for you get your interest, the Single Family Home is just safety net". It made so much sense, I have become an authorized agent myself and we ended up investing quit a substantial amount of our families own money.
